We Are Hiring: Factory Supervisor!

JNOD Industrial Egypt is a fast growing manufacturing startup building its operational foundation here in Egypt. We are looking for a hands on, execution focused Factory Supervisor to take ownership of our daily shop floor activities and grow with us!
What You’ll Do :
-Drive the Floor: Supervise daily factory operations, ensuring a continuous, smooth, and efficient production flow.
-Lead the Team: Manage, discipline, and inspire the blue-collar workforce to meet high productivity and quality standards.
-Bridge the Culture: Act as the vital communication link between our Chinese management and Egyptian workforce.
-Ensure Compliance: Support industrial zone and government inspections, and coordinate with external partners (accounting, legal, tax) when needed.
-Solve Real-Time Challenges: Stay ahead of risks, delays, and workforce issues, reporting directly to management with solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 2–3 years in factory supervision or production coordination (Background in Home Appliances or similar manufacturing is a huge plus!).
-Legal & Compliance: Solid knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and practical experience handling workplace compliance.
-Leadership: Proven track record of managing blue-collar teams in fast paced production environments.
-Language Skills: Fluent Arabic + Good command of English.
-Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a developing environment where systems are being built from scratch you are a builder, not just a bystander!
-Presence: This is not an office job. We need someone with a strong, discipline driven presence right on the shop floor.
