Job Description
- Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues, ensuring timely resolution for end-users.
- Monitor system integrations and data flows between the ERP and other business applications.
- Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ERP processes, workflows, and user guides.
- Train staff on ERP functionalities, best practices, and new features to maximize system utilization.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Generate and customize reports to support management decision-making and operational needs.
