Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cosmetics Purchasing Specialist located in Cairo, Egypt. The specialist will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing cosmetics products, managing supplier relationships, monitoring market trends, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring the availability of high-quality inventory. The role involves regular collaboration with suppliers, team members, and management to maintain optimal product offerings and meet customer demands effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Purchasing, Supplier Management, and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of Cosmetics Products and Market Trends
- Strong Negotiation and Decision-Making Abilities
- Experience in Data Analysis and Financial Budgeting
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building Skills
- Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, such as Microsoft Excel or ERP systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Prior experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus
