RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement export strategies to increase sales in international markets.
- Manage relationships with key international clients and distributors to drive market penetration.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports on export performance and forecasts to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international customers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in export management or international sales, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and compliance.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships in a global context.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
