CMA CGM Group to acquire FedEx Supply Chain and expects to enter into commercial agreements with FedEx for air and ocean freight
Strengthening the Group’s logistics presence in North America, we announced an agreement to acquire FedEx Supply Chain, a subsidiary of FedEx Corp, and expect to enter into multi-year commercial agreements with FedEx related to air and ocean freight.
This acquisition will build on CMA CGM’s more than 25 years commitment and investments in the U.S. supply chain. It will accelerate our strategy to provide comprehensive, end-to-end logistics solutions for customers across the United States and globally.
