Job Responsibilities:
1.Plan and implement project scheduling resources, processes and systems on a portfolio of major projects. This includes working with other team members within operations and external vendor firms to develop, support and maintain the project execution schedule within the overall Master schedule
2.Assist the PD/PM in transferring learning from project implementation to the improvement of project performance
3.Develop and maintain Primavera schedule, user profiles and security levels
4.Provide training to junior staff and P6 users
Ensure that project schedule decisions can be made based upon accurate and timely schedule and progress performance information
5.Responsible to the Project Director for the area of project cost controls on assigned major projects
6.Other duties necessary for implementation of the job role within the project portfolio
Job Requirements:
1.Strong skills in schedule planning, activity duration estimating, critical path method (CPM) schedule preparation, schedule analysis, schedule system application and construction scheduling
2.Advanced skills and knowledge in Primavera P6, ideally with implementation experience and project setup experience.
3.Good understanding of the areas of estimating, cost control and overall project and construction management
4.Skill and knowledge of overall project implementation management processes
5.Excellent communication skills in English are essential, both verbally and written
6.Developed critical and conceptual thinking skills
7.A graduate degree in an Engineering, Construction
8.Management or Business Management is desirable
9.Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management and scheduling controls roles is required.
10.Experience in wind industry is mandatory
