Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees’ performance
- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Designs and presents warehouses daily and monthly reports
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Implementing FIFO model
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
- Manages for the monthly stock count and accountable for the results
- Implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.
- Meet cost and productivity plans
- Organize technical trainings for the team
- Assist the warehouses management in meeting the department budget
- Manage and Train Staff
- Maintain the company quality and food safety procedures during the shipment through receiving and delivering
Academic and professional qualifications:
- BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a relevant field
- FMCG Experience.
Experience:
- 5-7 experience at same field
