You will be responsible for sourcing goods and services to support business operations and project delivery, ensuring best value while maintaining strong supplier relationships and compliance with company policies.
πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers
β Negotiate pricing, terms, and procurement contracts
β Prepare purchase orders and procurement documentation
β Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues
β Ensure quality compliance for delivered goods and services
β Manage inventory needs and forecast demand
β Support project procurement requirements
β Develop strategic sourcing initiatives
β Maintain accurate procurement records
β Ensure adherence to policies and regulations
β Stay updated on market trends and cost-saving opportunities
πΉ Requirements
β Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
β 3β5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the technology or system integration industry
β Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
β Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Odoo experience is a plus
