Job Description

• Oversee all factory operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are consistently achieved.
• Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in line with local and export market demand.
• Monitor and manage ERP systems to ensure smooth workflow and accurate production tracking.
• Supervise production, quality, and maintenance teams while ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Analyze production challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance.
• Prepare and submit periodic production, KPI, and performance reports to senior management.
• Manage and oversee industrial refrigeration and HVAC systems to maintain product quality and cold chain integrity.
