Warehouse Supervisor At Snakeland

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory management, and maintain efficient storage and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching.
• Manage and supervise warehouse staff and distribute tasks effectively.
• Ensure accurate inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor warehouse transactions and inventory movements through the ERP system.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of products according to company standards.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production, Sales, and Logistics teams.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures.
• Prepare and monitor warehouse reports and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant warehouse experience, preferably in FMCG/F&B or manufacturing.
• Strong experience in ERP systems and inventory management.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
