One of the leading pharmaceutical company is hiring Immediately Production planning and Toll co-ordination Section Head
Job Responsibilities – Production planning:
– Planning Supply Chain Schedules and Initiate annual plan against forecast
– Initiate Material Requirement Plans (MRP) based on manufacturing needs, raw materials & packaging materials inventories and delivery lead time.
– Working with RD, QC and QA departments to integrate new materials and suppliers.
– Follow-up with purchasing department- Delivery of Materials from Shipping till its delivery.
– Monitoring of production Plan including manufacturing companies visit for thorough follow up.
– Prepare (Annual – Semester – Quarter – Month – Week) Report about productivity for top Management
Job Responsibilities-Toll co-ordination:
– Follow up supplying the Materials (Raw materials-active and in actives), packaging materials to the CMOs as per the requirement of production plan.
– Ensuring the execution of the manufacturing plan quarterly based-with thorough follow up frequently with CMOs.
– Following up the analysis of the produced batches based on the status (commercial manufacturing and/ or other e.g. validation batches-1st three batches, Pilot batches as per the regulatory different decrees.
– Coordination with Registration department arranging the status of sample withdrawn for NODCAR, Stability samples etc.
– Following up different analysis steps as per the requirement for each specific products, ensuring that the loading of the samples is executed in its definite time e.g. stability samples loading at its stability chambers.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor degree of pharmacy or science.
– Good command of English
– Excellent computer skills and office package.
– Excellent communication skills verbal and non-verbal.
– Ability to build rapport and make very strong relationships with the interested parties (Contract Manufacturing Organizations CMOs).
