Operation Supervisor At Sinotrans Logistics Egypt

Sinotrans Logistics Egypt is hiring an Operation Supervisor to lead and supervise customs clearance and logistics operations in Egypt.

Requirements
2+ years of supervisory experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian customs clearance procedures and regulations.
Good knowledge of NAFEZA, ACID, HS Codes, customs duties & taxes.
Experience in import/export documentation and customs operations.
Ability to manage and supervise operations teams, customs brokers, transportation, and warehouses.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and emergency response skills.
Fluent English (spoken & written); Chinese is a plus.
Experience with Suez Economic Zone (TEDA) is preferred.

Responsibilities
Supervise the operations team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee the full process from customs clearance to container pickup/return, transportation, and delivery.
Coordinate with customs authorities, shipping lines, brokers, and logistics service providers.
Handle operational issues, inspections, fines, cargo problems, and other abnormalities.
Monitor customs policies and ensure compliance with Egyptian regulations.
Control operational efficiency and logistics costs.
