Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch activities.
· Ensure accurate recording and control of all inventory transactions and warehouse movements.
· Organize warehouse space and optimize storage utilization to improve operational efficiency.
· Track inventory levels and report stock replenishment requirements to management.
· Supervise periodic inventory counts and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions and stock adjustments.
· Ensure proper storage conditions and maintain warehouse organization to prevent damages.
· Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and records for all inventory transactions.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
· 5 – 7 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
· Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes, inventory control.
· Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
· Experience with CRM systems and inventory management software.
