Operations Manager

Hiring: Operations Manager – Experienced in Managing Departments
About the Role:
We’re looking for a professional operations leader to take full ownership of all operational processes and coordinate between different departments so the company runs like one machine.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily departments: Customer Service + Warehouse + Logistics + Procurement
Set KPIs and monitor performance for each department, and submit weekly reports to senior management
Resolve operational issues between departments
Manage the supervisors team, train them, and conduct periodic evaluations
Coordinate with Sales and Finance to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and at the lowest cost

Required Qualifications:
Experience as an Operations Manager or equivalent
Actual experience managing at least 3 departments simultaneously
Strong proficiency in Excel + ERP Systems + Data Analysis
Leadership skills and decision-making under pressure
Experience in E-commerce, Retail, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent
Firm personality + organized + able to deal with all levels
