We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
🔔Warehouse Manager 🔔
to oversee warehouse operations and ensure the smooth flow of goods, inventory accuracy, and efficient distribution within the FMCG/dairy sector.

📌Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch).
• Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure productivity and high performance.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Develop and improve warehouse policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Analyze warehouse performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Control warehouse operating costs and manage budgets.

📌Preferred Qualifications:
• 5 to 8 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG or dairy).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP or Oracle) and inventory management systems.
• Good command of Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and quality standards.
