Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid for a Tendering Engineer. The role involves preparing detailed proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions for construction and fit-out projects. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, reviewing contracts and specifications, collaborating with internal teams, sourcing material and service quotations, and ensuring compliance with project budgets and timelines. The Tendering Engineer will also support in negotiating terms with stakeholders and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Tender Preparation, Cost Estimation, and Proposal Development
• Excellent understanding of Construction Processes, Project Management, and Material Specifications
• Proficiency in Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Attention to Detail
• Effective communication skills for Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software, including MS Office and specialized estimation software
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a construction or fit-out firm is highly desirable
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is a strong advantage
