Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Operations/Plant Manager specializing in building materials. The Operations Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the daily operations of the mobile concrete plant, ensuring efficient production, strict adherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. This role acts as a key liaison between technical teams, logistics, and senior management, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and timely resolution of operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience in operations management within bricks Factory, concrete patch plant, precast factory or any building material facility.
- Strong understanding of mobile concrete plant operations, production processes, and quality control standards.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to construction and manufacturing operations.
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
