Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations to support business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within real estate or related industries
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
