Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily operations to support business objectives

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations support or administrative roles, preferably within real estate or related industries
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
