Job Description:
ELC-Energy is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager with extensive experience in supply chain management and fluent English proficiency. The manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective supply chain strategies, overseeing international procurement operations, and optimizing logistics to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products, supporting the company’s operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
✅ Execute procurement operations from various countries outside Egypt and coordinate with international suppliers.
✅ Negotiate with global suppliers to ensure the best quality and competitive pricing.
✅ Coordinate procurement, warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations to ensure efficiency.
✅ Build strong relationships with suppliers and partners to secure high-quality materials on time.
✅ Monitor inventory levels and optimize warehousing and distribution processes.
✅ Analyze supply chain data and provide regular reports to enhance performance and reduce costs.
✅ Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and import/export laws.
✅ Utilize modern technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to enhance operational efficiency.
✅ Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
🔹 Egyptian nationals only.
🔹 Preference for candidates residing in Badr City, El Shorouk City, and Cairo.
🔹 Fluent in English (speaking and writing) – a mandatory requirement.
🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 Proven experience in supply chain management (minimum 5 years), preferably in international procurement.
🔹 Experience with ERP systems and inventory management.
🔹 Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
🔹 Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with international suppliers and partners.
🔹 Good knowledge of import procedures and customs clearance.
🔹 Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
