Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Plan and manage inventory levels to meet business requirements
Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams
Monitor supplier performance and support vendor selection processes
Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs
Identify risks and propose mitigation plans
Utilize data analysis tools to forecast demand and optimize operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
Prepare reports and provide insights to support decision-making
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
