π THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- π Education: Bachelorβs degree in any relevant field.
- π Experience: 4β5 years of solid experience in Fashion Retail.
- π Leadership: Minimum 2+ years as a Branch Manager for a Well-Known Brand (Mandatory).
- π Expertise: Proven track record in leading daily operations and driving commercial growth.
π― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- π Sales Management: Drive revenue growth and expert analysis of store KPIs.
- π₯ People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing store team.
- π¦ Product Management: OverseΩ stock control and maintain premium Visual Merchandising (VM) standards.
- π’ Floor Management: Ensure seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service levels.
