Role Overview The Commercial Director is accountable for end-to-end revenue delivery,
leading Sales and Marketing to drive acquisition, retention, and monetization across
Vezeeta’s provider network.
This role is responsible for executing commercial strategy, optimizing revenue levers,
and maximizing provider lifetime value within a high-growth marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities Revenue Ownership & Commercial Strategy:
- Own and deliver revenue targets across all segments
- Execute RGM strategies across:
- Pricing
- Promotions
- Channel performance
- Offering (SKU-level monetization)
- Drive OBPPC cycles to track and optimize commercial performance
Sales Leadership & Acquisition Engine
- Lead nationwide sales teams across all provider segments
- Build a strong pipeline engine and acquisition funnel
- Drive high-value partnerships and strategic deals
Decision Ownership
- Full ownership of pricing, monetization, and commercial models
- Authority over resource allocation within the Business Unit
- Direct influence on product roadmap and investment priorities
- Ownership of go-to-market strategy and revenue planning
Retention, Upsell & Cross-Sell Excellence
- Oversee KAM structure to ensure High retention & renewal rates
- Continuous upselling and cross-selling
- Increase provider LTV through structured account growth plans
Provider Monetization & Value Proposition
- Develop and commercialize provider-focused offerings (SKU mindset): Paid visibility, Premium services, and Performance-based solutions
- Continuously refine the value proposition for providers as: Patient acquisition, Digital presence, and Market positioning
Marketing & Growth Alignment
- Partner with Growth teams to optimize: CAC, Conversion rates and Channel ROI
- Ensure full alignment between commercial and marketing funnels
Performance Management & Execution Discipline
- Lead a multi-layered commercial organization
- Set clear KPIs and enforce performance tracking through OBPPC frameworks
- Drive a results-oriented, high-performance culture
What We’re Looking For Experience :
- 8–10+ years in commercial, sales, or growth roles
- Strong background in marketplaces, fintech, e-commerce, or B2B & B2B2C environments
- Educational Background in Marketing
- Background and/or Experience in the medical sector or health Tech is a huge Plus
- Proven track record in revenue growth and commercial leadership
Skills
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of sales funnels, growth metrics, and RGM principles
- Ability to manage large teams and drive execution at scale
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
Technical & Professional Background
- CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Sales analytics & performance tools
- Marketing performance platforms
Certifications (Preferred)
- Sales / Commercial excellence certifications
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) certifications
- Digital Marketing / Growth certifications
- MBA (plus)
Strong Plus
- Exposure to B2B2C and marketplace monetization models
