Job Description
- 1. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory balance
- Track incoming and outgoing goods
- Conduct regular stock counts (cycle counts and full inventory)
- 2. Stock Control & Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records in systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of stock
- 3. Receiving & Dispatching
- Verify deliveries against purchase orders
- Inspect goods for quality and quantity
- Coordinate dispatch and shipping processes
- 4. Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare inventory reports (stock levels, variances, slow-moving items)
- Analyze stock trends and demand patterns
- Recommend reorder levels and stock optimization strategies
- 5. Warehouse Coordination
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams
- Ensure proper storage conditions and safety standards
- Support efficient warehouse operations
- 6. Compliance & Procedures
- Follow company policies and inventory procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain proper documentation
