Job Description
- Lead and execute comprehensive Spare Parts Management strategies, ensuring optimal stock levels and availability.
- Perform rigorous Stock Control activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching spare parts with utmost accuracy.
- Drive Inventory Management best practices, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
- Utilize advanced ERP Systems to track inventory, process orders, and generate insightful reports.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manage Vendor Relations to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms for procurement.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments and Logistics Coordination partners to support operational needs.
- Implement and oversee efficient Warehouse Operations and Material Handling procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct Data Analysis on inventory trends to forecast demand, identify potential shortages, and optimize replenishment processes.
- Champion Quality Control measures for all incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Proactively identify and resolve inventory-related issues, demonstrating strong Problem-Solving skills.
- Continuously seek opportunities for Process Improvement within the stock control and supply chain functions.
