Role Description
The Sr. Tendering Mechanical Engineer will manage and oversee tendering processes, ensuring accurate technical proposals and competitive cost estimates. This role involves assessing project requirements, preparing bids, optimizing designs, and liaising with vendors and clients. The position is full-time and on-site, based in Heliopolis. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to project success and meet client expectations. Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Mechanical Engineering principles with a focus on Machine Design
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
- Experience in Project Management and coordination for successful project execution
- Skills in Research and Development (R&D) to innovate and improve mechanical engineering solutions
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
- Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations
