Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Shipping Coordinator to join our team in New Maadi, Cairo. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate to kick-start their career in the logistics and international trade industry. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of shipping activities, ensuring smooth and timely movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation of shipping documentation (e.g., bills of lading, customs declarations).
Tracking shipments and providing updates to clients and internal teams.
Communicating with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping-related issues.
Maintaining accurate records of all shipping activities.
Supporting the logistics team in various administrative tasks.
Ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.
Requirements:
Fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
