EL OMAR Exporting & Shipping is looking for a motivated and professional Female Sales Executive to join our growing team.
💼 Position: Sales Executive – Female
📌 Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Generate and acquire new clients in International Shipping, Freight Forwarding & Logistics.
▪️ Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with clients.
▪️ Communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable shipping solutions.
▪️ Prepare and follow up on quotations in coordination with the Pricing & Operations Departments.
▪️ Follow up with clients from initial inquiry through to contract closing.
▪️ Achieve monthly Sales Targets and business objectives.
▪️ Manage existing clients and work on increasing business volume and customer retention.
▪️ Monitor market trends and competitors and identify new Business Development opportunities.
▪️ Coordinate closely with the Operations Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
⚡ Requirements:
▪️ Previous experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding / Logistics, preferably in Sea Freight.
▪️ Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Customer Handling skills.
▪️ Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
▪️ Good to Very Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
▪️ Presentable, energetic, confident, and persuasive personality.
▪️ Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
▪️ Professional appearance and presentable look suitable for direct client interaction.
