- Manage the procurement process from purchase requests through purchase orders and supplier payments.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations and ensure competitive sourcing.
- Maintain an up-to-date and compliant supplier database, including screening against CBE and other relevant sanctions/negative lists.
- Coordinate tendering activities and related committees.
- Ensure purchase orders include all required commercial and technical terms, including pricing, specifications, quantities, contracts, and penalties.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, approval requirements, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely settlement of supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- CIPS certification is preferred.
- Previous procurement and supply chain experience within the Banking, Fintech, or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of software, hardware, and technology procurement.
- Good knowledge of supplier management, tendering, and procurement processes.
