Senior Quality Specialist At As-Salam International Hospital

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Patient Safety or Quality within an accredited hospital.
• CPHQ, TQM, or MQM certification is a must.
• Hands-on experience in OVR management, incident investigation, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and CAPA.
• Strong knowledge of Patient Safety and JCI standards.
• Experience conducting clinical and patient safety tracers, audits, and compliance reviews.
• Proficiency in data analysis, KPI monitoring, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI.
