WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Applied Arts graduate (Required)
✅ 3–7 years of production experience in Home Textiles or Garments
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets
✅ Resident of Ismailia Governorate
WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise daily production activities and sewing lines
• Monitor production performance and achieve daily targets
• Lead, coach, and motivate production teams
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, and Maintenance departments
• Maintain workplace safety and operational efficiency
• Prepare daily production reports and follow up on corrective actions
