-Develop and maintain production plans based on customer orders and demand forecasts.
-Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines.
-Analyze production capacity, material availability, and resource utilization.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly planning reports.
-Track production progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
-Ensure optimal inventory levels while minimizing waste.
-Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency.
