We are looking for an experienced Modern Trade & Key Accounts Supervisor to lead and develop our business with major retail chains in Alexandria.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade & Key Accounts customers.
• Achieve sales, distribution, and visibility targets across key retail chains.
• Ensure excellent in-store execution, merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Lead and coach the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor competitors, analyze market trends, and identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  Requirements:
  ✔️ Bachelor’s degree.
  ✔️ 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within Modern Trade/Key Accounts.
  ✔️ Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  ✔️ Hands-on experience dealing with major retail chains.
  ✔️ Valid driving license.
