Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate shipment damage cases (Arrived Damaged, Transit Damaged, Missing Content) and identify root causes using CCTV, system logs, and audits.
- Hold responsible parties accountable and apply penalties according to company policy.
- Develop and implement packaging, handling, and loading SOPs to reduce damage rates.
- Deliver training sessions for couriers, hub staff, and branch teams on safe handling procedures.
- Conduct field audits and unannounced visits to hubs and branches to ensure compliance.
- Review customer claims and determine liability between shipper and company.
- Analyze major client claims and create preventive action plans.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on claims trends, damages, and loss reduction opportunities.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Courier, or E-commerce operations in Egypt. Specific experience in Quality Control (QC), Loss Prevention (LP), or Claims Management is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Egyptian logistics landscape, including Branch/Hub operations and last-mile delivery challenges.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze large claim datasets and identify trends.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage conflict during accountability sessions and the ability to lead training sessions for diverse staff.
- Integrity: High level of professional ethics and firmness in enforcing company policies.
