Supply Network Planning Assoc Analyst At Pepsico

This role will be recruited GBS as of 2025 and as such there will be a level of initial ambiguity in activity as the processes are adopted across during transition. It is expected that the role will therefore require an initial flexibility of approach as processes are primarily fixed then shifted and improved over following strategy cycles

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining & running the automated DRP process
  • Responsible for inventory deployment, trans-shipments and deployment network design to ensure product arrives on time at the right place
  • Responsible for leading the regional exception based planning process and driving continuous improvement
  • Conduct root cause analysis for trans-ship, expedite losses and develop action plans through system and/or process improvement
  • Work closely with customer service, demand, and supply planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Drive system utilization and feed loss tree insights into future enhancements
  • Ensure lead times for deployment in the system are maintained and accurate
  • Ensure safety stock settings are dynamically adjusted for finished goods

Qualifications

  • Experience – 2 – 3 years in associated function
  • University degree preferably engineering or logistics
  • Experience in distribution planning or familiar Supply Planning tasks
  • Proficiency in product category planning FMCG background preferred
  • Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Problem solving know-how
  • Strong Analytic skills
  • Experience in using planning systems, BY- JDA preferred
  • Experience in ERP (SAP) usage is a must
  • Good numeric abilities;
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel
