Employment Type: Full time; Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

Role Description

Lead on‑site project delivery as the client’s representative for large‑scale construction and infrastructure projects. Represent the client’s interests, enforce contract requirements under FIDIC or Local Code, manage consultants, contractors and stakeholders, and ensure delivery to scope, schedule, cost and quality baselines.

Qualifications

  • Degree: Bachelor’s in Engineering.
  • Certifications: PMP or PMI‑ACP, FIDIC or FCCM is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years in project management on large projects with at least 5 years on‑site PMC/ Supervision.
  • Technical: Proficient in Primavera P6/Oracle PMIS, advanced Excel; practical familiarity with BIM.
  • Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (technical reporting).
  • Other: Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and FIDIC claims handling.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the client’s on‑site representative and lead project delivery to approved scope, schedule, budget and quality.
  • Implement and enforce project controls, reporting, governance and change control on behalf of the client.
  • Coordinate design, engineering, commercial and construction teams; identify and mitigate risks.
  • Review and manage contractor performance; assess claims, variations and time extension requests and advise the client.
  • Produce weekly and monthly progress, cost and risk reports; escalate contractual/financial issues per the escalation matrix.
  • Ensure team performance, HSE compliance and adherence to client standards.
  • KPIs: Schedule variance within ±6 weeks; cost variance within ±5%; ≥95% quality compliance; zero major HSE incidents; timely reporting.
