We are currently aiming to recruit an Assistant Manager / Senior Consultant to join our team.
As an asset and facility professional, you’ll use your analytical insight to drive our clients’ global business performance. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations improve their assets and facility management practice.
Our Supply Chain & Operations – Enterprise Asset Management team members provide insights into Asset and Facilities Management covering:
- Governance and Assurance
- Strategies and Optimization
- Operatee and Sustain
- Digitize and Enable Intelligence
Your Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support client projects.
- Help coordinate project activities and maintain documentation.
- Support the delivery of insights related to asset and facilities management governance, optimization, and digital enablement.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations.
- Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency.
- Learn and apply best practices in asset and facilities management through hands-on experience and training.
Skills And Attributes For Success To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Strong Asset and Facilities Management projects background in industry or consulting
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Outstanding academic record to at least Batchelor degree level in in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communications skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial flare and the ability to identify business opportunities and cross sell different services and/or products
- Arabic speaking and reading an advantage but not essential
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Previous experience working in Asset and Facility management consultancy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A change mindset
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- The ability to travel across the region
