Senior Logistics Export& Import Operation At Insutech
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organize, and monitor the complete export process from order receipt to delivery at destination
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Cold Storage to ensure shipment readiness and product integrity.
Schedule and manage container bookings, ensuring on-time dispatch from factory to port.
verify freight rates, transport costs, and delivery schedules with freight forwarders and shipping lines.
Prepare and review all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
Serve as the key link between the factory, export customers, logistics providers, and the finance department.
Communicate proactively with international customers regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and tracking.
Work with Finance to ensure accurate billing, insurance, and LC (Letter of Credit) compliance.
Handle claims or discrepancies related to shipment delays or damages.
Identify areas for improvement in logistics efficiency and propose cost-saving initiatives.
Support management in forecasting export volumes and shipping needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or International Trade.
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in export logistics, preferably in manufacturing.
English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must.
Experience using ERP systems and export tracking tools is preferred.
