π¨π«:
Proven experience in Tendering / Estimation.
Experience in Facility Management is preferred.
Strong knowledge of tender documents, BOQs, pricing, and cost estimation.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage the full tendering cycle from reviewing requirements to final submission.
Bachelorβs degree in Engineering or a related field.
