What You’ll Be Doing To ensure efficient stock flow, accuracy, and availability, supporting sales performance while minimizing stock risks.
- Maintain accurate stock levels across stores and warehouses
- Monitor stock movements (inbound, outbound, transfers)
- Monitor and execute inter-store transfers to balance stock across locations
- Follow up on store replenishment and allocations to ensure timely availability
- Ensure the right stock is distributed based on store performance and demand
- Track and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on stock.

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive follow-up and coordination skills
- Advanced Excel (must)
- Oracle (nice to have)
