A Petroleum Company is now hiring and seeking a dedicated talented Sales Manager to join.
– Duties and Responsibilities:
1- Ensure market researches and analysis are continuously prepared and updated to keep company Management informed about market demands.
2- Establish a realistic and achievable goals, then develop and implement marketing strategies to meet them.
3- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
4- Develop profit for the company and provide financial and revenue support to the rest of the organization.
5- Ensure that all inquiries and tenders received properly evaluated from a commercial and technical viewpoint.
6- Determine company’s participation in specific tenders.
7- Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities.
8- Responsible for Client Contract preparation, negotiation always ensuring all terms, and conditions are within company established guidelines and in all cases, risk are minimized.
9- Manage sales team, motivating and assessing their performance, and ensure delivering established targets and budgets through coaching and training.
10- Adhere and demonstrate commitment to company QHS management system through leadership and guidance.
11- Achieve Succeed rate for the Rig & Equipment Quotations with minimum 15% and for Spare parts quotation by a minimum 30%.
12- Sales managers are responsible for all coordination of customer-supplied product with the customer.
13- Ensure preparation of technical inspection and related procedures accomplished within approved timeline.
– Work Requirements:
– Minimum 15 years of Proven experience in technical sales or sales management, ideally within the oil & gas industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to build and maintain client relationships- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
– Good command of English language.
– Very Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Projects, Visio).
