Key Responsibilities:
𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Maintain optimal inventory levels by forecasting demand, monitoring stock, and placing timely orders for new supplies to ensure availability.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Implement and refine logistics processes in collaboration with the team to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a smooth customer experience.
𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Regularly communicate with buyers and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries.
𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬-𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬: Work closely with various departments to align inventory management strategies with broader business objectives, promoting seamless coordination.
𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring adherence to operational standards.
𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Manage communication with external suppliers and operating stations to ensure smooth coordination and problem-solving.
𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and safety tools to maintain a secure working environment.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
-Educational Background: BSc/BA in Business or a relevant field.
-Industry Experience: Experience in the FMCG or crops industry is highly preferred.
-Inventory Operations Experience: Maxmim has 5 years of experience in inventory management.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with inventory management software and systems to optimize warehouse operations.
-Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
-Leadership & People Management: Proven experience in managing and developing large teams.
-Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights from reports to support decision-making.
-Proactive Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing innovative solutions for process enhancement.
