Job Title: Sales Manager – Land & Sea Freight
Location: 6th of October City, Egypt
Job Summary:
Almnara Logistics is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our Land and Sea Freight business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding the customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in Land & Sea Freight
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
• Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in freight forwarding (Land & Sea Freight)
• Strong background in sales, business development, and client acquisition
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Solid understanding of the Egyptian logistics market
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
KPIs & Performance Metrics:
• Monthly & annual revenue targets achievement
• New business acquisition rate
• Customer retention and satisfaction levels
• Sales pipeline growth and conversion rate
• Team performance and target achievement
• Gross profit margin on shipments
