We are looking for a Procurement Engineer to join our dynamic team and help us deliver world-class projects with efficiency, transparency, and precision.
What You’ll Achieve
Procurement Operations
- Handle end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services.
- Review and analyze technical specifications to ensure procurement requirements align with project needs.
- Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier bids, and coordinate negotiations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues affecting delivery, quality, or compliance.
Collaboration & Documentation
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, and site teams to align procurement with project timelines.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and contract files.
- Support cost control and budget tracking efforts in line with company financial goals.
What You’ll Bring to ACC
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architecture, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple procurement tasks across projects.
