Requirements:
Experience: +2 years in the import and export industry.
English: Fluent (Speaking and Writing).
Strong knowledge of contract drafting and review.

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing
– Coordinate with suppliers and vendors locally and internationally
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
– Handle import and export documentation and procedures
– Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
– Prepare, review, and finalize contracts with clients and suppliers
– Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company standards
– Track orders and ensure on-time delivery
– Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients
– Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
– Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate records
