Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Manager specializing in Civil and Architectural domains, based in Heliopolis. The Procurement Manager will oversee the sourcing and procurement of materials needed for urban planning projects, evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes. Responsibilities will include coordinating with project teams to ensure timely delivery, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations while optimizing costs. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals will be a critical aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Supplier Evaluation and the ability to assess quality, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and an aptitude for building beneficial supplier relationships
- Advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating procurement data, market trends, and cost-saving opportunities
- Expertise in Procurement and Contract Management to streamline processes and ensure adherence to project requirements
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for procurement and project management
- Proven experience of 15 years in procurement within the construction industry, preferably in civil or architectural projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
