– Job Summary:

The Purchasing team is responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials, packaging, services, and operational supplies. The role ensures cost-effective purchasing, timely availability of materials, strong supplier relationships, and full compliance with company policies to support uninterrupted production operations.

– Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and commercial terms
Create, issue, and follow up on purchase orders while ensuring on-time delivery
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards
– Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
Proven experience in FMCG / Food Manufacturing procurement
Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Good command of MS Office and ERP systems (ODOO is a plus)
