Job Title: Project Engineer

Key Responsibilitie

The Project Engineer will oversee the technical execution of security and fire alarm projects from design approval through to final commissioning. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are installed according to technical specifications, on schedule, and within budget, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Planning: Review project specifications, drawings, and “Bill of Quantities” (BOQ) to create a detailed execution plan.
• Site Supervision: Manage on-site installation activities, ensuring subcontractors or technicians follow the approved technical designs.
• System Commissioning: Lead the programming, testing, and final commissioning of Fire Alarm panels, CCTV systems, and Access Control.
• Project Documentation: Prepare and maintain “As-Built” drawings, daily site reports, progress photos, and final handover certificates.
• Coordination: Act as the primary technical point of contact between the client, the sales team, and the warehouse (Inventory Controller) to ensure all materials are on-site when needed.
• Quality & Safety: Ensure all work complies with Egyptian Code, civil defense requirements, and international safety standards (NFPA/MSDS).
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks on-site to prevent project delays.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the Low Current (ELV) or Fire Fighting industry.
• Technical Skills: * Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing and editing shop drawings.
• Hands-on experience with major brands
• Strong understanding of control panel programming and integration.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, “on-the-ground” problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication with clients.
• Mobility: Valid driving license and access to a personal vehicle (Preferred).
• Work Ethic: Ability to manage multiple project sites simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
