Contracts Management Lead At TAQA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Management Lead to oversee the full contract lifecycle and ensure effective management of contractual obligations with developers. The role will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering contracts while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end contract management process execution.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, commercial, and organizational policies.
  • Identify potential contractual risks and work with relevant stakeholders to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Business Development teams to support commercial agreements.
  • Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations to ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records of all contracts and amendments.
  • Support negotiations with clients, vendors, and third-party partners.
  • Improve and implement contract management processes, policies, and governance practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or commercial management.
  • Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
  • Solid understanding of contract law, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with contract management systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
