Job Requirements: –

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
More Than10 years of experience in FMCG or pastry
and 5 Years Of Experience in the same position at Least.
Leadership, supervision, decision-making and initiative to act
Creativity,
innovation and application of Expertise and technologies
Persuasion,
influence, analysis, deliver Results and meet customer expectations
Good Command Of MS Office Applications is Necessary.
Experience in importing is preferred.

Job Responsibility:-

Participates in the development of the main objectives and participates in their formulation
and supervises the implementation and preparation of sub-plans and executive
programs for planning and production to achieve the main goals the reports sent
from the production and operation department and the auxiliary departments and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions.
Approve the reports to analyse the annual production plans implement the approved
quality plans for planning and production and communicate with the procurement department.
Cooperates with other departments to provide all production needs of raw materials, equipment, supplies and tools, also communicates directly with the supply
companies and makes sure that orders enter their warehouses with the required specifications and on time.
Reviewsand reviews all reports related to the department analyzes them and makes the necessary recommendations.

Participates in the development of the Department’s budget by identifying and analyzing the actual needs of each department
