Senior Logistics Specialist At Meza Tech

MezaTech is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily logistics and transportation operations, including pickups, deliveries, shipments, and route planning.
Coordinate with drivers, couriers, suppliers, and 3PL providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Track shipments and delivery performance, handle delays or discrepancies, and follow up on Proof of Delivery (POD).
Monitor logistics costs, inventory movements, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Prepare logistics reports and KPIs and coordinate closely with Procurement, Warehouse, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation operations.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
